About Social House Therapy

At Social House Therapy, connection comes first. We provide speech therapy in Tempe, Scottsdale, and nearby communities, with both in-person and community-based services. For families across Arizona, we also offer teletherapy that’s easy to access from home. Our goal is simple: to give children and families practical strategies that build real-life communication—at home, at school, and out in the world.

Our Philosophy

Connection before words

At Social House Therapy, we believe communication doesn’t start with words but with connection. Connection isn’t just a first step; it’s the foundation for confident, meaningful communication and ongoing growth. When children feel safe in their relationships, they’re more open to learning, expressing themselves, and engaging with the world around them.

How We Work

Collaboration in real life

Our speech therapy model is built on collaboration, family-centered care, and relationship-based approaches. Research shows that when therapy takes place within natural routines and caregivers are actively involved, children make more meaningful progress (Dunst et al., 2001; Kaiser & Hancock, 2003).

Beyond the Session

Strategies that travel

We provide families with practical speech and language strategies they can use at home, in the community, and online so that communication can flourish where it matters most. Therapy isn’t just about making progress during a session; it’s about building connection and confidence in everyday life.

Meet Our Team

At Social House Therapy, our greatest strength lies in our people. Team Social House Therapy was founded by two partners in both life and work—rooted in the belief that relationships are the foundation of meaningful communication.

Madison Jeffery

Madison Jeffery, MS, CCC-SLP

Co-Owner and Clinical Director

I’m a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the Co-Owner of Social House Therapy. I attended Arizona State University for my undergraduate degree, and Northern Arizona University for my master program.

I’ve supported clients across the lifespan in schools, clinics, homes, community settings, and through teletherapy (bonus points if your dog shows up on camera).

I’ve worked with a wide range of communication needs, including early speech and language delays, speech sound disorders, language disorders, social communication challenges related to autism, AAC, fluency/stuttering, childhood apraxia of speech, cognitive-communication, gestalt language processing, and feeding therapy.

“Be so completely yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too.”

That’s what you’ll find at Social House Therapy—and I’m so glad you’re here.

Co-Owner and Operations Manager

As the Co-founder and Operations Manager of Social House Therapy, my role is to ensure that every part of our practice runs smoothly so our clinicians can focus on what matters most—supporting clients and families. From coordinating schedules and refining systems to managing operations and logistics, I work behind the scenes to create a structure that allows our team to thrive.

At Social House Therapy, we believe that strong operations are the foundation for meaningful care. By taking care of the details, I help build an environment where authentic connections and evidence-based therapy can flourish.

What drives me every day is seeing the impact our services have in the community. Every improvement I make behind the scenes—no matter how small—supports our mission of empowering families, honoring neurodiversity, and helping individuals reach their full potential.

I’m proud to help lead a practice where trust, care, and collaboration guide everything we do. At Social House Therapy, our commitment is simple: create a supportive framework so our clients and team can grow together.
