1Reach out

Call or message us

The best way to get started with our Speech Services is to message us using our HIPAA compliant form or give us a call.

  • Calling? Leave your name, phone number, and a brief message. We will ensure to call you back as soon as we are available.
  • Unsure about our speech services? Reach out and we’ll schedule a free screener or consultation to see whether we are the right fit.
2Evaluation

Collaborative evaluation to plan care

We’ll go over any questions and schedule an initial evaluation together. If you’ve had an evaluation within the last 6 months, we can review it to confirm it supports a current plan of care; otherwise, we’ll complete a new one before beginning speech therapy.

Important: To provide any services we will need to ensure all intake forms are completed in the portal.

3First session

Connection-first, collaborative therapy

Whether we meet in your home, online, or in a community space, sessions follow the same supportive flow:

  • Collaborative start: We begin by checking in—celebrating wins, sharing updates, and gathering insights that help us support your unique needs.
  • Flexible, interest-based approach: We bring therapy materials and also incorporate real-life routines and preferred activities to keep sessions meaningful.
  • Client-led sessions: Activities are guided by your interests and choices, encouraging natural communication and confident participation.
  • Collaborative feedback: At the end of each session, we discuss outcomes—what worked, what didn’t, and how progress is shaping up.

In-Home

We integrate goals into everyday routines (mealtimes, play, homework, errands) so skills carry over naturally.

Teletherapy

We’ll send a secure link and help you set up a simple space. Interactive tools (whiteboards, visuals, shared activities) keep sessions engaging.

Community

We practice participation and communication in real-world spaces, and confirm any location details or site requirements beforehand.

4Ongoing care

Consistent support, clear progress

  • Between-visit coaching: Message us in the portal with wins or questions and we’ll help problem-solve.
  • Practical strategies: We share simple ideas for home, school, work, and community so skills carry over into everyday life.
  • Progress summaries: Periodic updates keep you informed; we adjust goals together as skills develop.
  • Care-team collaboration: With permission, we coordinate with schools, providers, and support teams.
