Small moments build big communication. We help Tempe kids feel heard.
Child-led speech therapy that comes to you: your living room, your childcare center, or a screen at your kitchen table. We work with infants through school-age kids across Tempe, and it all starts with a free 15-minute call.
“If you’re needing speech therapy services for your child, I highly recommend Social House Therapy.”
“She teaches her students how to be confident with their language and is so positive.”
“One of my daughters has a very difficult time voicing her emotions, and Madison helped her build the speech skills so others can understand her.”

Any one of these can turn out to be a passing phase, or the first sign of a real communication delay. You cannot tell which from the outside, and neither can a milestone chart. An evaluation can, and asking costs nothing.
Sessions happen in your home or your child’s childcare, where their toys, routines, and everyday communication already live. Skills are practiced in the places where they are most likely to be used.
We prioritize continuity whenever possible, giving your child time to build trust with a therapist who understands their interests, communication, and goals. When a change is needed, we make the transition thoughtful and supported.
We keep you informed about what we are working on and share realistic ways to support communication during routines like play, meals, reading, and getting ready. Suggestions are tailored to your child and your family.

“Speech can be stressful, but my son looked forward to his sessions!”
For Madison Jeffery, CCC-SLP, speech therapy has always been about more than words. As a child, she worked with a speech-language pathologist who helped her connect more meaningfully with the people around her. That experience shaped her career and the belief behind Social House Therapy: communication begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported.
Madison previously worked in the Kyrene School District, so she knows the schools Tempe families navigate. We can coordinate with teachers and IEP teams in the Tempe Elementary, Kyrene, and Tempe Union districts, and with other teams across the valley.
Fewer words, gestures, sounds, or communication attempts than expected for their age.

Therapy begins with meaningful goals designed to help your child communicate more successfully.
A telehealth evaluation is not the right fit for every child. It depends on age, attention, and what we need to look at. Ask us first and we will tell you honestly which one your child is a better candidate for, before anything is scheduled.
If your child is at a preschool, childcare, or ABA center, just send us the name. We will do the asking and let you know.
“If you’re needing speech therapy services for your child, I highly recommend Social House Therapy.”
Brooklyn and Madison are so kind and helpful. I’ve already noticed a difference in my son’s enunciation. If your child receives services during the school year, this is a great way to continue over the summer. If you homeschool like I do, this is a convenient way to receive services, and they accept ESA.
“She teaches her students how to be confident with their language and is so positive!”
Maddison has worked with my son for two years. She is so patient and kind and really knows how to connect with her students. He came to her with a stutter and will often remind me of the language he uses with her in class. As a parent, we love to see our son be confident about his speech, and Maddison helps us support him throughout this process.
“Speech can be stressful, but my son looked forward to his sessions!”
Madison worked with my son and was SO kind, patient and knowledgeable. Always listening to his needs as well as my concerns, and making sure we were always aware of his goals and progress towards them. I would highly recommend this company.
